PoovoDelete your Poovo account
Use this form to request permanent deletion of your Poovo account and the data linked to it. You can also delete your account inside the app under Profile.
⚠ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your Poovo account and profile (name, phone number, email)
- All the people and gift entries in your ledger
- Any backup of your ledger stored on our servers
What stays with you
- Backups saved to your own Google account remain yours — remove them from Google Drive if you wish.
- We keep minimal records only where the law requires it.
Requests are reviewed and completed within 30 days. We may contact you on the phone number or email you provide to verify the request.
Request deletion
Your deletion request has been prepared. If your email app did not open, email support@itcians.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and your registered phone number. We will confirm within 30 days.
