This Privacy Policy explains how ITcians LLC ("we", "us") handles information in the Poovo mobile app. By using Poovo you agree to this policy.

1. Information we handle

Poovo stores the ledger data you enter — people, events, and gift entries — primarily on your own device. If you sign in and enable backup, this data is stored in your own Google account and in our secure cloud backend to sync across your devices.

2. How we use it

Your data is used only to provide the app's features: recording gifts, calculating balances, and showing reports. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Backups

Backups are made to your own Google/Gmail account at your request. You control and can delete them at any time.

4. Security

The app can be locked with a PIN and your device fingerprint. Data in transit is protected with encryption (HTTPS/TLS).

5. Your choices

You can edit or delete any entry, disable backup, or remove the app and its local data at any time.

6. Children

Poovo is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13.
