1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Poovo for your own record-keeping.

2. Your content

You own the data you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy and for keeping your own backups.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Availability

Poovo is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ITcians LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
